Brody and Lauren have din-din together. Frankie keeps calling Lauren and Brody tells her to tell him she’s on a date. She states that she hasn’t been on a real date in 3 weeks. Ouch! Brody tells her she needs someone that isn’t Mr. Perfect all the time with a little bit of bad boy. The look at the menu and he asks her what looks good. She says that nothing is catching her eye. They look coyly at each other and we get the theme song.

We are the Bolthouse Offices and Brent is giving instructions. Heidi must work with Rob and a new girl named Kimberly at the event. Kim and Heidi meet and Kim mentions she’s the new Elodie or at least that is what people tell her. Heidi tells her if she needs anything to let her know. Yeah RIIIGHT!

Now we are at Model casting with Whitney and Lauren where we get to see a bunch of hot guys.  Lauren looks at this guy like she thinks he’s hot and then he reminds her that Lauren tried to set him up with Heidi. Lauren was trying to get this guy in the picture so that Heidi wouldn’t date Spencer. Lauren looks all hot and bothered. Could this be Lauren’s guy? Whitney comes in and sticks her foot in her mouth saying “he was really funny.” Lauren mouths “shhh, he’s right there!” Whitney is so embarassed and laughs to herself and then runs off. Model guy asks Lauren if she wants to hang out. She says “sure” and he gets her number. That is easy. Whiteny eats her hair literally and Lauren says “Don’t!” twice and grins like a school girl. It was cute to see her this way.

We are at Heidi and Spencers and again she’s putting makeup on in the bathroom. Spencer calls her and asks her what she’s doing. She has some huge party tonight and he said she didn’t tell him as he made dinner plans. It was a suprise to make up for their anniversary dinner. She tells him she’s really sorry, but she has to do it for her job. She states it isn’t her choice and she has to go.  He gives he like a little spoiled brat look. He said that he’ll see her at dinner at..oh, you won’t be there cause you have to work. That is when she said she’ll be at work, why don’t he try it and walks out the door. Yep Yep! She told him.

Lo and Audrina tell Lauren she should ask Model guy to Brody’s BBQ. They wonder how Brody will treat him since Lauren is like there little buddy. We already know that Brody gets jealous or at least that is what Frankie thinks and shares with Lauren as we saw on last weeks preview. We’ll see if that is really what happens or just some fluff drama that they try to get us to believe in the previews.

We are at Brody’s Beach Bash BBQ in Malibu. We see Frankie and he’s still talking about Vegas and the spinning bed with Lauren. Oh what a treat, Whitney is there. Frankie notices that Lauren brings a date and brings it to Brody’s attention. He acts all non-chalant about it. I think Frankie might be more jealous than Brody. Brody teases Lauren about him and being short. It was cute. Oh, already a big difference. Model boy talks about camping in Catalina and Lauren states she hates camping. Lauren thinks it is dirty and doesn’t like the idea of sleeping on the ground. That is sooo my kinda girl. I guess Gavin is model boys name. Gavin and Brody cook food and Brody asks where they met. Brody is checkin’ out Gavin.

Now Frankie is talking about Brody’s jealously.  Lauren states she doesn’t have feelings for Brody and Lo reminds her she did in Vegas. Brody asks about Gavin’s last relationship and he said it wasn’t good. He’s getting all the baggage about the relationship. Seems juicy stuff to Brody.

We are at Heidi’s Nascar event. She’s working closely with Kim and making sure everything is where it is supposed to be. Kim said she is going to be there until 3AM. Heidi looked at her and said 3? Like, OMG really? Of course Spencer calls and she said she has to stay late. She says “Please don’t be mad at me.” He hangs up on her. Yep, inmature little baby boy brat. She looks visibly upset. She’s too good for that.

Brody is talking to Lo about Gavin stating he is trying to get something out of him that he seems to perfect and by the book. Lauren sits down with Gavin and he says he had a good time. Back to Brody stating he wants to give him a hard time to get something out of him. Yep, looks like jealousy to me. Gavin and Lauren confirm their Friday date.

Back to Bolthouse, Spencer is getting out of his car going to see Heidi. He needs a haircut and his frosted tips unfrosted. The receptionist had to ask who Spencer was. LOL! Guess everyone doesn’t know you, Spence. Here comes Heidi and he states he is stealing her for lunch. She says “No, you aren’t b/c I’m in a meeting.” She said she wished he would have called her. He states “So, you gonna pencil me in now on your schedule.” She walks up stating she has to go to her meeting. He says “I hope this meeting is pretty important.” Shot down yet again! YES!

Lauren and Audrina are getting her ready for her date with Gavin. Audrina tells her she needs to order the Screaming Dani Roll. Audrina tells her Gavin doesn’t seem like her type. Lauren reminds her that is what Brody thinks.

They go to dinner and he pulls her chair out for her. He mentions the Crazy Dani Roll is really good there which is what Audrina recommended. She mentions the BBQ and she hoped it wasn’t uncomfy for him. He said he appreciated how Brody treated him. He gives her baked salmon roll to try as she stated she isn’t a big salmon fan. She admits it is good. He asks her about some recent dates and she states they’ve been very bad. She stated they seem really normal, but turn out crazy. He asked if he was that way or will turn crazy and she said nope, you are very normal. She comes home and we are left wondering what happened..good night kiss?

Well, she calls Brody first thing. She tells him about her date. It was a great date with no sparks. Brody tells her that he thought Gavin was really boring. She asks what he’s doing and she invites him over to watch a movie. Awww! At first I didn’t like these two together, but I am starting to. She looks all giddy waiting on him to come over. And darn it, they are going to cut us off. That’s the end of this ep.

It looks like things are going well for Lauren, but for Heidi not so much. We didn’t get to see JB aka Justin Bobby this time. I’m kinda glad about that. I’m tired of Audrina not getting treated like the princess she really is. Also, I miss Elodie.

Next time: Lauren and Whitney go to NY. Whitney has to give some type of presentation and she tells Lauren that she’s dripping..as in her pits are dripping with sweat. LOL! She gives a presentation and it doesn’t look like it is going well AT ALL. Poor Whitney! Frankie confronts Spencer and states that Brody should be able to hang out with whomever he wants. Lauren and Brody have a serious talk and might I add she looks gray in the face like she is sick. But, she mentions she doesn’t want to be responsible for breaking up a friendship. Brody responds with he wouldn’t want to do that either. Then we are left with Spencer leaving Brody a VM on his cell stating they have things to talk about.

The Hills opens up at Teen Vogue where Lauren is telling Whitney how she got into it with Audrina in Vegas. During the conversation, Jen Bunny texts Lauren stating, “I have to talk to you.”

Lauren tells Audrina that she is very stubborn and doesn’t like to admit being wrong. Lauren states she feels really bad and is still broken from last year.  She’s really scared for anyone to go through the same thing.  You can tell she is visibly upset and doesn’t want to go down the same road with Audrina that she did with Heidi. Lauren’s a good friend. You can tell she really cares, but at times that comes off as being judgemental. She asks for Audrina’s help in that Audrina must tell her to shut up if she gets annoying.  She apologizes and Audrina accepts.

Lauren and Lauren Bosworth aka Lo go to Dianne Merrick’s, a clothing store. Along the way, Lauren tells her that she apologized to Audrina about the whole over-protective Justin Bobby thing. Lo’s like “Justin’s a loser - whatever!”  Lo asks Lauren what she’s got planned for the day and Lauren said she’s going to have lunch with Jen because she’s been texting her.  The look on Lo’s face is priceless. Lo is concerned because she doesn’t want to see Lauren hurt again by Jen.

Back at Bolthouse, Heidi was asked into Brent’s office. He asked her about what happened at the Emmy’s that she was supposed to have Elodie cover. He states “bottom line is, Elodie doesn’t work here anymore and you do. When you have someone cover for you, you need to communicate with me or Jennifer so that we know. You fought for this position and you must live up to everything you promised me and everything you said you’d do for this job. You have to be 100% on your game. You can’t let your homelife or personal life interfere. This isn’t a 9-5 job. This is a career. You have to learn from your mistakes. It can happen once, but it can’t happen twice.” Heidi replies, “It won’t happen again. I’ll make sure.” We’ll see. She looked scared. And she should be. She needs to grow up and get real here.

Lauren and Jen Bunny have lunch. She is acting like everything is cool and non-chalant. It’s a bit AWKWARD if you ask me. She asks Lauren how she held up during the whole rumor situation. Jen stated she wanted to call her, but Lauren said it wouldn’t be the right time. Lauren cuts to the chase and says “So, what’s up? What do you want to tell me?” Jen acts all worried like she can’t come out with it. She spills the beans about Heidi thinking Brody is responsible for the whole “sex tape” incident. Jen acts like she doesn’t know and doesn’t get involved.  Lauren states she doesn’t believe it and Heidi just wants to believe that anyone other than Spencer started those rumors.  You can tell, though, that Lauren is thinking about and wondering “could it be true?” I hope Brody didn’t start the rumors and that Spencer did. That’d be one more thing to hate Spencer over.  Yeah if you couldn’t tell..I don’t like Spencer AT ALL!

Back at the girls apartment in West Hollywood, CA Audrina is doing laundry and Lauren comes in telling her all about the lunch with Jen. She tells her about how Jen told her about Brody. Audrina is surprised about Heidi blaming Brody. Lauren is mad that Heidi is going around blaming everyone. Lauren is going to have dinner with Brody and she plans to talk to him about it. Should be an interesting dinner.

Now we’re at Heidi and Spencer’s apartment in Hollywood. Heidi is in the bathroom putting on makeup and Spencer is on the bed stating he can’t believe Brent went off on Heidi about the whole Elodie covering for her drama.  He states Elodie was trying to “snipe you out”. Heidi states it isn’t her fault and Spencer agrees. Spencer states “Lesson learned, you can’t depend on anybody.”  That is if your name is Spencer and Heidi. LOL!

We are now at Venice Bistro and Justin Bobby and Audrina are playing pool. Audrina states JB doesn’t like it when a lot of people all around. He agrees. She tells him about her talk with Lauren. Justin Bobby thinks things should be happy and blissful like things are now. She thinks maybe something between her and Brody will spark up again. Audrina wins the pool game and JB gives her a big hug telling her she’s amazing.

We are now at Brody and Lauren’s dinner. She’s wearing a beautiful red dress and seems to blend in well with the decor at the restaurant. They hug and he tells her she looks stunning. They remember Vegas and how she came crawling into his rotating bed. They cheers to “true friends.” Speaking of true friends, she brings up the whole Jen Bunny/Heidi thing.  Basically Lauren tells him that Heidi blames him about the whole sex tape rumor thing. Brody defends himself saying “She’s lost her mind. They both have. If that’s what she’s going around saying, she’s completely lost her mind cause it’s not true.” Lauren questions him on why he won’t speak up telling her that Heidi and Spencer did it. He says that he tries to stay out of it. Lauren states that if it were him needing something like that from her, she’d totally give it to him. Lauren asks again, “Why won’t you look at me and tell me that they did it?” I love her directness here. He looks her direct in the eyes and says, “Lauren, I know with 100% fact that they did it.” She thanks him and they cheers their saki or whatever little japanese drink they are drinking.

Back at Teen Vogue, Lauren asks Whitney if she went out. Whit said no she went to bed at 10pm. Lauren relives her story about her dinner with Brody. She tells Whitney that the thing about Brody is that even if he isn’t friends with someone anymore or breaks up with someone, he never really says bad things about them. She really likes that about him. Whitney asks “Do you think that Heidi was involved at all?” Lauren thinks that Spencer did it and that Heidi found out about it, but didn’t do anything about it. Who knows what the truth is here? All I know is if it is something bad then usually Spencer is involved. He’s a spoiled-rotten brat who acts like an inmature child. Heidi really needs to grow up and kick his ass to the curb. She needs someone is way more mature than Spencer. Why she’s settling for that? I’ll never know.

Heidi and Jen are now having lunch. Heidi asks what’s been going on. She stammers around and Heidi asks her if everything is ok. She talks about her lunch with Lauren. She states that her and Lauren are fine now. Heidi states that she’s glad for her. Heidi thinks that if they put everything behind them she thinks they could be friends.  Jen tells Heidi that she doesn’t think Brody spread the rumors about Lauren, but thinks Spencer did it. Heidi thinks it is funny that she is being blamed for the whole rumor thing. I really think Heidi didn’t have anything to do with it and that Spencer did without her knowing.  Either that or she’s a good actress.

Heidi goes home to her inmature child of a boyfriend and he’s on the couch reading what looks to be a dummy book about Intelligent Investing. Does he ever work? She starts off talking about the whole rumor thing in how Brody denied doing it. Spencer calls him “such a little bitch!” He just sits there on the couch running his hand through his hair. She thinks it is so sad that everyone is blaming her poor, beloved Spencer. She looks at him for confirmation that he didn’t do it and all he does is run his hands through his hair and gives her some type of look. A look of guilt in my opinion. She says his name again in the form of a question like she asking “Spencer? Will you please tell me you didn’t do it?” He doesn’t give her an answer. SHADY! Back to Spencer not working..how does he afford all of his stuff? What does he do all day long? I don’t know. What a bum.

The credits roll and again Spencer leaves poor Heidi hanging. He did it before with the whole “my parents don’t know about our engagement.” thing and now this. He’s just shady through and through.

Next week we shall see a tiff between Heidi and Spencer where she walks out of the apartment muttering something about “I’ll be at work, why don’t you try it?” A model asks for Lauren’s number. Lauren states she tried to set Heidi up with him before. Hmm..could love bein there air for LC and this mysterious model? Brody’s friend tells Lauren that Brody was a bit jealous. Brody talks to Lo about it and she asks him point blank if he still likes Lauren. Can’t wait until next week.

The girls are going to Vegas to surprise Brody for his birthday. Well, the girls plus Justin Bobby. He’s meeting them at the airport.  When the girls get there, Justin Bobby doesn’t say a word and sits there like a bump on the log. Honestly, what does Audrina see in him? He’s a dirty, scruffy boy who has no manners.

Spencer has planned a spa day with massages, facials, etc. and an anniversary dinner at their anniversary spot - some mexican restaurant - where they have their own table. Say it with me now, “Awww, how special!”  Heidi asks Spencer if he told his parents about the wedding and he says “I thought we’d tell them after we’re married.” And she lets him get away with that? Who does that?

There are some extra people with the girlz and JB (Justin Bobby), not sure who they are, but I”m sure we’ll find out.  Brody and his boyz are sitting in a nice lavish suite when the girlz and JB show up. They suprise him with a huge “Happy Birthday!” and they respond with SHUT UP! JB is called out b/c he drank his drink without waiting for the toast.

Back in LA at the Bolthouse Office, Elodie states she has given her notice and that was her last day. She feels like she can take the next step somewhere else.  She feels that everything that happened with Heidi, she’ll be better off.  Brent Bolthouse greets Heidi and asks her about the Emmy’s and she claims it is her anniversary. He states she must get it covered. She states she will and guess who she goes to? Yep, Elodie. And yep, she doesn’t know that Elodie’s last day was today. Oops! What will Elodie say?

Of course, Elodie says she’ll cover for her. Her words were “Anything for you!” LOL! Classic!  Heidi said “You know it’s business, nothing personal.” Love it!

Lo keeps going on about how Justin isn’t talking to them. Heidi states he has the right to be because they weren’t very nice to him. Lo states the first bet of the weekend is the first person to make JB smile wins. Who wins? hmmm..no one?

They all sit down for dinner and we finally find out Brody’s friends are Frankie and Taylor. Brody starts bringing up Spencer and Heidi and the table gets kinda quiet. Heidi speeds up the “cheers!”.  The girls bought JB a shot to make peace. He sticks his tongue out like “Gross!”

Frankie tells Lauren that her and Brody have a chemistry and are attracted to each other. Heidi states they tried being more than friends and it didn’t work. She states they fought all the time. Frankie pointed out that it was because of Heidi and Spencer.

Lo’s getting all crazy and spreads her legs somewhat and Lauren says “I just saw Lo’s Britney!” LMAO! That was hilarious. 

It’s daytime in Las Vegas and they relive the previous night. Frankie tells Brody that him and Lauren need to get serious. Seems like he can’t let this go.

They are now at the pool and again Lo brings up JB and how he doesn’t like them. Heidi states it is probably awkward for him. They decide to buy him another shot tonight.  Lo asks what is going on with Brody. Lauren says she likes him in a friendly way. Could they be friends with benefits? Hmmm?

Oh, Lauren’s mysterious friend’s name is Jill in case you were wondering. Her only line of the movie was “Justin, we bought you another shot!”

Speaking of “seeing Lo’s Britney” we hear Britney’s new song “Gimme More” at the next Las Vegas club. Lo and Frankie are making out and Brody is asking Lauren where his b-day kiss is. She hesitates and does some flirty look and he pulls her in and lays one right on her. Audrina looks on. Lo states “You kissed Brody!” Lauren does not respond.

Back in LA, Spencer and Heidi sit down to the anniversary dinner at Don Antonio’s Mexican Food Restaurant. Spencer has candles and rose petals all over the table. They talk about how they are enjoying a relaxing day and the cell phone rings in which Spencer responds “They say it’s rude to answer the phone during anniversay dinners.” Heidi answers and OMG Elodie didn’t show up to the event and all hell has broke loose. Heidi must report pronto. Of course, Spencer is pissed beyond belief. Heidi says “So, I love you.” and he responds with “No, you don’t” with a cold-hearted mean stare.  Spencer acts like such a spoiled brat.

Back in Las Vegas they are in the hotel suite and they are on a spinning round bed..the girls that is. Lo can’t let go of the whole JB not liking them stating that he “hates us”. Audrina states it is about her and him and it isn’t anyone’s business.  Audrina states she’d just blow him off to make everyone else happy. Lauren leaves and Audrina states she’s just “Done! She knows they don’t like JB, she gets it” and walks out of the suite.

We are left with Lauren and Brody in his suite. Lauren states that Audrina left and is mad. Brody states that JB has a small problem with Lo, not Lauren. Brody and Lauren argue and he simply states he is trying to mediate the whole thing. Lauren states “everytime we are arguing its an argument that should be had by two seperate people.” They agree to stop arguing. They embrace and she calls him a jerk for standing up for people he shouldn’t. They kiss and then cuddle. Kelly Clarkson serenades us as the credits roll.

On the next hills…Jen Bunny is friends with Lauren again, eh? Jen questions Heidi about where the rumors started regarding the mysterious “sex tape”. Jen tells Lauren that it wasn’t Heidi or Spencer that started the rumor, it was Brody. Lauren confronts Brody and he blames it again on Heidi and Spencer. Brody and Lauren cheers to “true friends” and he states he isn’t going anywhere. Lauren apologizes to Audrina for being “too over-protective.” Audrina states that sometimes over-caring can push people away.  Heidi kinda sort gets her ass chewed out by her boss who tells her that she must live up to everything she said she would do for the job. Spencer smarts off about Heidi having to work and missing their anniversary dinner. She smarts off back stating she has to go to work and why don’t he try it sometime. SLAM goes the door behind her. Whitney and Lauren will be sent to NY for their job doing some type of runway work. Heidi and Lauren finally come face to face and she states she has nothing to do with the “sex tape” and Lauren states “having your boyfriend do your dirty work, does not make you innocent.” Let the drama begin. We’ve been waiting for another confrontation b/w Lauren and Heidi and it looks as if we are gonna get it, folks. Stay tuned…
