Is The Hills real or fake?

Apparently Lauren and Heidi are at odds again. The question came up whether The Hills was accurately portraying reality or just a fictional television show. Apparently Heidi thinks it is merely entertainment and not real. Ms. Montag states that she really doesn’t have that much drama in her life and that normally she is drama-free, but admits that it is fun to watch.

Lauren Conrad has a difference of opinion, however. She states that there are tons of false rumors out there and that she can’t possibly respond to every rumor, but that this one she had to respond to stating that The Hills show was not fake and represents her life.

Apparently Montag thinks her “fiance” has also gotten a bad rap by appearing on the show calling him, “very ambitious, very smart and very crafty”. Hmmm..so he’s really not an ass, Heidi?Heidi realizes that The Hills can only take her so far and plans to work on her debut album in February. Spencer, Heidi’s fiance, must be good for something because he put Heidi in touch with Grammy Award-winning music producer David Foster who will produce Heidi’s album. She’s had some bad luck recently with her new found talent, however. She sang one her own songs called “Higher” at a Las Vegas club on her 21st Birthday and she was booed. She chalks it up to be an unfamiliar song and not one that club goers can shake their booties to. She did say that not everyone booed and tha many people said that they loved it and wanted to buy her CD.

Spencer is apparently Heidi’s #1 fan claiming she is going to be the biggest pop star in the world. Gag!

Heidi also has her sights set on bigger things wanting to follow in the footsteps of American Idol’s Jennifer Hudson. She want to win an Oscar someday.
